To be as environmentally friendly as possible, most of our house clearance items go to a second home to be reused there. We achieve this by donating to local charities, upcycling and reselling, together we can make a positive impact on the local communities in Lancashire.


Our recycling program  diverts over 90% of waste from landfill. Items like beds and mattresses that would have normally ended up at a landfill are now 100% recyclable and go to Rematt (a Blackburn with Darwen based company), who are diverting more than one million beds a year!

Recycling not only helps preserve the earth, but it is also the most economical method for our business and customers when clearing properties.

We aim to complete house clearances in one day.
We use 3.5-ton Luton-size box vans which are the most appropriate for house clearances.
You can be assured that our company has full public and employers liability insurance coverage. If you see companies without this we strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
Registration with the environment agency is mandatory for any company that disposes of waste. In addition, our company is VAT-registered and holds Public and employers' liability covers of up to 5 million pounds.

We reuse, recycle and donate on average 90% plus. The items that can’t be recycled are taken to a SITA commercial waste site.
You can make payment via credit and debit card, bank transfer or cash. If we are paying you we can pay cash or bank transfer.
Yes, we will send you an invoice either by mail or via email once the work has been completed. The invoice will include the company's address, VAT number, and waste carrier number.
